Wood Destroying Insect Inspection
Often called a termite inspection, these inspections also look for other wood destroying insects. An independent, licensed Pest Control Technician will inspect your potential new home for all wood destroying insects in accordance with Texas Department of Agriculture and the Structural Pest Control Board requirements.
Pool/Spa Inspection
An independent, qualified licensed pool inspector will inspect for any deficiencies in the pool and its equipment.
Supra Key Maintained
For your convenience, CDL Home Inspections maintains a Supra Key, as an associate member of The Houston Association of REALTORS®.
Major Credit Cards Accepted
CDL Home Inspections, and most Pest Control and Pool inspectors, accept most major credit cards. Your personal check or cash are also accepted. All payments are due at the time of inspection(s).
Reports Furnished Within 24 Hours
Reports are furnished within 24 hours. Inspection reports can be sent via email in an AdobeAcrobat PDF format, by fax, or mail to both you, and your realtor.
Digital Photos Detailing Areas of Concern
It’s critical that all parties understand all issues that may surface during the inspection. Digital photos can help you, your agent, and the seller, understand issues that might not otherwise be clear.
Buyer Walk-Thru at Inspection
Jay prefers to have clients at the inspection and walk through the inspection with him. You can see what he sees and he can answer questions that you may have or arise during the inspection. This will not only help you to make an informed decision but also offer the opportunity for inspector/client interaction. If it’s not possible to be present at the inspection Jay will produce a clear, concise, inspection report, and will be available by phone or email to discuss your inspection.
Liability Insured
An Errors and Omission insurance and General Liability insurance policy is in effect at all times by CDL Home Inspection
